The Challenge.
Customers expanding their event into a digital experience want something to suit their industry and fit their brand. Hubb needed customizable themes to provide a unique feel for different events while maintaining consistency. The primary focus was managing an intuitive experience for the users setting up their events while also providing a branded environment for attendees.
The Solution.
We first tackled the project by determining the best industries to focus on for baseline themes. Using existing customer data and industry trends our team determined five industry verticals that would be able to capture a wide variety of potential event needs. The five themes included music and entertainment, technology, beauty and lifestyle, corporate, and photo-heavy. The themes all use the same components but support multiple color and style options, all designed to meet WCAG and ADA compliance standards. A variety of typography choices and light and dark mode options allow customers to quickly and easily design a custom digital event platform that fits their brand.
In addition to designing a visually engaging event, we also introduced a Gamification feature to encourage user participation. The addition of Gamification motivated users to explore the digital platform, including viewing sponsors which increases sponsor value.
The End Result.
The Jennergy team collaborated closely with the development team to craft five themes that seamlessly tailored the Hubb platform to cater to diverse industries. These themes not only ensured a uniform user experience in customizing events but also delivered distinctive and captivating digital events.
