Developing a brand, personality, and marketing campaign to scale with the potential of the neighborhood.
The Olympic Property Group had a new development/community it was trying to build in Gig Harbor, Washington, but needed branding for the location. Gig Harbor’s newest community wanted to create a space where people could dine, shop, live, and play…all within walking distance. Combined with new homes for sale, rental apartments, senior living, shopping, dining, and activities for the whole family—branding this unique living opportunity was a challenge the Jennergy team was up for.
The new Harbor Hill brand had to scale with a full media campaign, the creative strategy and brand execution were critically important so it delivered the brand promise. We provided an array of deliverables with our end-to-end marketing approach, including developing the tagline for Harbor Hill—Love Where You Live.

Complete with custom photoshoots that captured the healthy and happy lifestyle of Gig Harbor, as well as working on the copywriting services to craft the spirit of the town, the materials executed helped the growth and overall brand throughout the Puget Sound area. The Jennergy team created a brand in which it could scale to the various activities and seasonal events the area provides, while still versatile in its design to accommodate partnering with such giants as Quadrant Homes, YMCA, Costco, and other neighboring businesses and organizations.
Harbor Hill became a well-known name in a short amount of time. With the promotion of billboards, advertisements, signage, website, and other marketing outreach, the awareness increased and one builder sold out almost all of their inventory. Another builder in the community had to expand into a new neighborhood to keep up with the demand.
Since Harbor Hill opened, it has brought in a Costco shopping center, an elementary school site, a YMCA, a Church site, 170 apartments, 300 senior living facilities, 427 single-family home sites, two public parks (7-acres and 2-acres), 30 acres of natural open space and trails, and the development of numerous private neighborhood parks.
